"I Need A Ride" Form
This form is for individuals in need of a ride to Sunday morning worship services from your place of residence. Forms submitted Friday by 12 Noon will receive a call Saturday to confirm pick up time.

* You MUST live within 5 miles of the church.
* Children of appropriate age and weight must be secured in a car seat (not furnished by the church).
* If your situation changes and you  no longer need a ride, contact the church office as soon as possible.
