Rocky Butte Farmers Market: Saturdays from 9am - 1pm, May 24th through October 25th at NE Siskiyou St and NE 80th AveThe Community Table offers community members a low-risk and cost-effective way to try selling at the market. This is also an opportunity for vendors to sell quantities that would not justify a full booth, or to sell product at the market on days they cannot attend. We provide the equipment and staffing, so Community Table vendors aren’t required to be there - but it’s a great place to learn marketing techniques and get a feel for selling at a farmers market! The community table booth fee is 20% of total sales.
We are happy to accept fruits, vegetables, plants, cut flowers, eggs, and baked goods at the community table.
Crafts, arts and most other inedible goods are not permitted at the community table. Full booth spaces for these product types may be available upon completion of a vendor application.
Community Table space is limited! After filling out this form, our Market Managers will reach out to confirm your space and discuss any further needs or questions.
The purpose of the Community Table is to:
- Provide a direct market outlet for home/community gardeners with extra produce
- Provide an outlet to new farmers and backyard gardeners who are not yet ready or able to operate their own stall
- Add to the diversity of the products at the market
If the market managers find that the participant is successful at the community table, they may coach you into moving up to a regular booth or sharing a booth! Rocky Butte Farmers Market reserves the right to cancel program availability or allow use of the Community Table according to their discretion.
