Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects: Registration and Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Form
Welcome to the online Registration and Training Needs Assessment Form of the "Training on Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects" which will be held on 21-23 October 2025 at the College of Social Work and Community Development, University of the Philippines Diliman.

This form serves as pre-registration to the course pending submission of your reservation/full registration fee through bank transfer for confirmation. Aside from this, your answers to the TNA will help us design the training.

This training is designed for social development practitioners such as program/project managers, development planners, evaluators, analysts, social workers, community organizers or community development workers. Utilizing the participatory development perspective, the training will focus on the basic concepts, processes and tools of participatory monitoring and evaluation of development projects or programs. PME is a versatile approach that can be used in a wide range of community projects and programs such as in agriculture, environment, housing, health, education, livelihood, disaster preparedness, infrastructure, and other concerns involving vulnerable groups like children, women, the elderly, indigenous people, peasants, fisherfolks, people with disabilities, among others.

The course is designed for social development practitioners such as program/project managers, social workers, community organizers or community development workers.
