1. An end user (if purchased directly from Magnuson) or Magnuson Authorized Dealer representative (if purchased through a dealer) must complete the online return form to initiate the return process. If not in an unopened original package, all items to be returned for refund must be photographed for review by a Magnuson representative. Once complete, an RMA will be provided by customer service and parts can be shipped for review.  PLEASE NOTE:  No returns will be accepted after 90 days from date of purchase. *
 2. All shipments of returned merchandise must be sent prepaid freight.  All freight collect shipments will be refused. *
 3. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection and 15% handling/restocking fee. *
4. Items must be returned to Magnuson in original packaging or other appropriate shipping containers to prevent damage and must have the RMA clearly labeled on the outside of the package. *
5. If merchandise is damaged during the return shipment to Magnuson, credit will not be issued. Shipping insurance is the responsibility of the sender. *
6. Discontinued or obsolete items will not be accepted. *
