Join the Texas Heritage Responders
The Texas Heritage Responders (THR) is a group of first responders knowledgeable about the needs of special collections. Team members are volunteers capable of working within an Incident Command System structure and local OEM’s in order to reduce loss of cultural material threatened by disaster.

Each of the six regions of Texas will be monitored by one or more Regional Coordinators. Regional Coordinators foster connections among heritage responders in their region by facilitating communication, assessing member needs, assisting in the development of training opportunities, and connecting to state-wide resources using TX-CERA as a foundational agency.

If you are interested in joining the THR, please fill out this form and we will respond to you shortly.
