Thank you for nominating one of CMS' amazing teachers to be recognized as Teacher of the Month! The Student Government Association (SGA) and the PTSA are collaborating to have teachers, parents, students, administrators and community partners recognize their favorite hard-working and most deserving CMS teacher.

To make a nomination, please complete the questions below and submit your form. The deadline to submit a nomination is the 25th of each month. After nominations are collected and tallied, the PTSA will recognize the winning teacher at the monthly CMS staff meetings, and present the him/her with a gift card. Members of the SGA will celebrate the winning teacher on the CMS morning broadcasts. Be sure to look for pictures on Facebook and Twitter to see who won!
