Ohaupo School Athletics
Dear Parents and Caregivers,                                                        20 October, 2025
                                            
The Ōhaupō School Athletics Day is on Friday, 24th of October, and we are planning a fun day where all students aged 7 to 13 will participate and try their best in all the events. 

Events will run as rotations from 9:15 until about 2:15 pm when we will run the House relays.

For the event to be a success, we will need the support and assistance of our parents. If you can assist on the day, please complete the form below by 3pm Wednesday, 22nd of October.   Volunteers will only need to assist the staff in charge of the event. It is even possible to follow your child. A copy of the programme will be posted on Hero before the event and we will do our best to keep to these times on the day.

Students are encouraged to dress up in their house colours and give their support to everyone involved. For new students who might not know which house they are in, please could you check with their teacher. 

Students will need to bring:

Hat, sunscreen, clothing suitable to perform in.

Drink bottle

Food to snack on throughout the day

Please ensure that your child's medical information is up to date.

Parent helpers should meet in the Library at 8:30am on Friday, 24th October when we will allocate tasks.  Please remember to bring a hat, sunglasses, water and lunch. You are very welcome to join us in the staff room for a cuppa at morning tea and lunch time.
