Nowadays, organizations have come to the conclusion that if they intend to keep their business running for a long time in this competitive world, the traditional ways of training no longer meet organizational needs. As changes are happening ever-faster, employees need  to be trained and prepared as soon as a change is made to the organization’s strategies.

E-learning has recently been introduced as the fastest and most useful way of transferring knowledge to employees across an  organization. This current questionnaire has been designed to identify the most effective factors that encourage employees of organizations to adopt and continue the use of e-learning systems in the workplace. To specify the main influences, we first identified what is needed to adopt a new technology and then listed a number of factors that are necessary to accept e-learning systems at work.
