This is a demo for Google Forms to Confluence Cloud. To get started,

Obtain the magic code:
1. Go to your Confluence instance and install Google Forms for Confluence Cloud addon by using this link:

2. Once installed, go to any page and click the content action menu (triple dots menu on the top-right corner of the page).
3. Choose "Accept Google Forms responses". Copy the magic code.

Connect with this Google Forms form:
1. Click the puzzle icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
2. Choose Google Forms for "Confluence Cloud" and select "Connect".
3. In the sidebar, paste the magic code you obtained from Confluence Cloud.
4. Edit this form to include fields you like.
5. Fill up the form (hit the eye icon to get a link to the form) and hit Submit.
6. Verify in Confluence Cloud that the response has been created as a page.
