Terms and conditions
Registrations cannot be shared. Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to gps@leva.co.nz. Registration cancellations received in writing before and including Thursday 17 March 2016 will receive a full refund less an administration charge of $150. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Conference Coordinator.  If, for reasons beyond the control of the Conference Coordinator, the Conference is cancelled, your registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
