Waiver and Release of Liability

CONSIDERATION:

I acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the Training Program Course. I wish to participate and am willingly signing this waiver and release of liability in exchange for being allowed to join.

RELEASE:

I release The Harmonetiks Project, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims related to injury or harm I might experience from participating in the course.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK:

I understand the risks, which may include physical injury or emotional distress, and assume all responsibility for these risks.

INDEMNIFICATION:

I agree to cover any legal claims or expenses that might arise from my participation.

MEDICAL TREATMENT:

I authorize The Harmonetiks Project to provide emergency medical treatment if needed and agree to bear the costs from said Treatment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

I confirm that I am fit to participate, have read this document, and understand it is a release of liability. I voluntarily sign it, agreeing to its terms.

JURISDICTION:

This agreement is governed by Connecticut law. It supersedes previous agreements.

DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITY:

I accept liability for any damage caused by my actions during the course.

DURATION:

This release covers all my participation periods in the course.

INTERPRETATION:

This agreement is fair and understandable by both parties and will be interpreted accordingly.

SEVERABILITY:

If any part of this agreement is invalid, the rest remains effective.
