Trunk or Treat Registration
When: Saturday, October 28th 2017 - Bay Front Pavilion
Time: Follows the parade until 8pm

Car owners must complete the attached form to participate. Only those who have properly registered their vehicles will allowed to participate at this event. All participants should be prepared for at least 100+ children to visit their vehicle. All candy/ small toys must be pre-packaged and unopened to distribute at the event. For those not registering but wishing to help out, candy donations are welcomed and appreciated.

• Registered vehicles may arrive at the Bay Front Pavilion for check- in beginning at 4:00 p.m.
• All trunks must be decorated by 5:00 p.m. and all vehicles arriving after this time will not be allowed to participate.
• The event begins after the Halloween Costume Contest. For safety purposes, all vehicles must stay at the event until the event ends at 8:00 pm or earlier.
• Registration forms MUST be completed and returned to seadriftchambertx@gmail.com at time of setup beginning at 4:00 pm or online at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSebjIuAUiUKWe9xdMqOI5gwbVj_FF_yGFeGspd_COu98iYSPw/viewform?c=0&w=1.

Upon arrival you will be directed where to park and set up your vehicle. All registered vehicles will receive a number that must be attached to your trunk for judging. Vehicles will be judged on presentation and creativity. Props and participants in costume will be considered. Vehicles MUST be decorated by 5:00 p.m. Judging will take place throughout the Trunk or Treat. Winners will be announced and prizes awarded AFTER the Trunk or Treat. You must be present to win!
