I/We do hereby further waive and release any rights and/or claims of injuries suffered by the above named participant during games or priactices, in transit to and from games, and against the league, coaches, Northeastern Local Schools, and sponsors for whom the participant is representing. I/We further represent to the Tinora Flag Football program that I/we provide bodily injury liability coverage for our child. I/We also agree and understand that good sportsmanship is our personal responsibility when attending activities involving the Tinora Flag Football program. *
I/We, understand that the $50 player fee is due no later than August 25, 2024, after which will be $75.  There is also a mandatory fundraiser of $25 per player. *
