Thank you for your interest for carrying my books in your store at wholesale price. 

The turnaround time may vary depending on stock I have at the time of inquiry, so if you happen to fill this out when I am all out of books, the turnaround could be around 4 weeks. 

You can find the wholesale prices below per each book. All books come signed and if you'd like to request swag as well, please indicate so below. 

Free shipping for orders of 10 books or more! Once the order is placed and invoice is paid, the books will be shipped via USPS media mail, which means this form is for US orders only.
