Milan Dollars for Scholars Score for Scholars
Please complete the following items and select the game(s) you want to sponsor.  If you do not remember if you have signed up, email dlsutherlin@yahoo.com, and Leslie Sutherlin will check. Letters for sponsors will be sent out at the end of the sports season.  Football sponsorships are $2/point;  Basketball $1/point. Minimum donation is $25; Maximum is $75. Names will be announced and included in the program if space allows. Your dollars help our scholars!
Milan Dollars for Scholars has now added Venmo as an online payment option.  When you receive your letter about your donation amount, you will also receive the Venmo instruction.  Checks and Cash are still welcome.
Email, phone number, and address are required for each sponsor.  Sponsors who do not pay their donation will not be able to sign up for future years.
