Form description
Visualizations are used by scientists to communicate complicated data every day, but scientists are never taught about design and we’ve all seen figures that were more confusing than illuminating. Join Javier Zarracina, Graphics Director at USA TODAY, as he introduces the use of color, empty space, and shapes to make a compelling image that clearly and succinctly communicates your message. Please fill in the questions below if you would like to attend the workshop, to be held October 29th from 12pm-1:30pm in Jordan Medical Education Center (the 5th floor of the Smilow Center for Translational Research) room 515EW. Please note: attendance is limited!
UPDATE: WE HAVE REACHED CAPACITY, IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP NOW, NOTE THAT YOU ARE ON THE WAIT LIST.
