Introduction to Khenpo Tsultrim Lodro
Khenpo Tsultrim Lodro is a prominent Buddhist scholar, civic voice and public thinker inside contemporary Tibet. As part of the core leadership of Larung Gar Buddhist Academy in Serthar, Khenpo is one of the leading abbots of the world’s largest residential Buddhist institution. As a civic leader, Khenpo has lectured widely on ethics, contemplation and religion while leading a public conversation inside Tibet on language revitalization, HIV/AIDS awareness and Tibetan vegetarianism. A prolific writer and public commentator, Khenpo has been deeply committed to expanding a dialogue between modern science and Buddhist philosophy.
