Human Resources Management Training and Internship Application
The Talent Firm , in partnership with TechnoServe are collaborating for youth job readiness training and job placement for the manufacturing sector activity implementation for under the intervention Human Resource Professional Development for the manufacturing sector in the LI-WAY program.
In this project, 15 selected young unemployed graduates (at least 60% female) will be enrolled in a two-week intensive Human Resources Management (HRM) Training by Ethiopian Management Institute (EMI), and will be certified. They will then be enrolled in a one-week job readiness training. Upon completion of the total three weeks training, the selected graduates will be placed in HR-related jobs within the manufacturing sector.
Requirements from applicants:
- Interest in Human resources profession
- Commitment to attend full three weeks (Mon-Fri) training at the Ethiopian Management Institute (located around CMC Michael, next to Ethiopian Civil Service University)
- Interest to be placed in a HR job opportunity within the manufacturing sector
- Graduate in Management, Business Management, Business Administration or Human Resources Management only with CGPA of 3.00 and above
- No work experience required
What we will offer:
- Two weeks training in Human resources management and certification by Ethiopian Management Institute
- One week training in job readiness and certificate of participation by The Talent Firm
- Job/internship opportunity within the manufacturing sector within six weeks after completion of training

- Graduates outside the above mentioned field will not be accepted into the program
- Strong commitment to complete three-weeks training and full attendance is mandatory.
