What we do?
Seating
We bring mattresses (4 x 8 ft - 8 nos), white bedsheets, cushions and cushion covers (10),
chairs (10-15) that takes care of artist seating and floor/chair seating for about 70 people
High Tea
We serve 3-4 finger foods (pre-made, easy to eat) along with 2 beverages - tea + 1 cold.
All food/beverage items (except tea) are pre made and served in our serve-ware.We need help in filling our water cans and a gas stove for preparing tea (we make it and we bring the ingredients too).
Additionally, a display space for this.
All our cutlery is sustainable and we dispose off and recycle all the trash at the end of the event .
Decor
We usually add our elements at the
- Entry (easel stand + flower arragements)
- Stage area (Sandook + flower arragements)
- Food Area (Serve ware + flower arragements)
Decor elements include - vases, flowers and baskets
