The purpose of this form is to collect future volunteers we can count on for upcoming events and activities that may require volunteers. We will contact you through email whenever we need volunteers, so please do check your emails. All information collected will be used only for volunteer purposes for FLS.

Training may be required for certain events or activities. Most training can be done through email or phone, but some may require in-person training, depending on the event or activity.
