2023 QND Football Summer Grade School Camp Form
Head Coach Jack Cornell invites YOU to Quincy Notre Dame Football's 2023 Summer Grade School Camp on Monday, June 5, Tuesday, June 6 and Wednesday, June 7 on the campus of Quincy Notre Dame. This camp is for all 4th through 8th graders as of this coming fall 2023-2024 school year.

The summer grade school camp will be 9:00am-11:30am each day, and is $60 to attend

Please bring the following items to camp:
- T-Shirt & shorts
- Tennis shoes
- Cleats to wear on the turf
- Spending money for additional sodas/gatorade/water/etc.

Please remit $60 payment prior to June 5, 2022 by Venmo to @JackCornell73, or send cash or check to:

Due to the recent changes in the Illinois High School Association By-Laws in regard to recruiting, parents or sons must request information and authorization from Quincy Notre Dame personnel prior to their attendance at Quincy Notre Dame.
