RIV4BFS launch event: “Regional Innovation Valleys for Bioeconomy and Food Systems” Agricultural University- Plovdiv,  13.10.2023, 9:30-14:00 EET/8:30-13:00 CET
The Agricultural University- Plovdiv will host an international high-level conference to launch the "Regional Innovation Valleys for Bioeconomy and Food Systems". The Regional Innovation Valleys for Bioeconomy and Food Systems will contribute to the New European Innovation Agenda and its flagship action in building 100 Regional Innovation Valleys. The concept of Regional Innovation Valleys for Bioeconomy and Food Systems, developed by the European Commission in cooperation with the Member States, have significant potential to support and accelerate the deployment of the bioeconomy in regions where people live and work. They also address the innovation gap within the EU, with a particular attention to countries from Central and Eastern Europe.

Transport shuttle service Sofia airport- Plovdiv- Sofia airport
A shuttle between Sofia (airport) and Plovdiv will be organized. Bus transfers will be scheduled at different times during the afternoon of the 12/10 from Sofia to Plovdiv, and in the afternoon of 13/10 and morning of 14/10 from Plovdiv to Sofia.
