Please complete the form below if you plan to join the PEP-Hawaii group. You are only eligible to participate if you have completed two sessions volunteering with PEP. 

Trip Dates: June 16-22, 2024. See www.PEPHawaii.org for more information. 

PEP will cover 50% of your hotel room costs. With this contribution, the cost of a double-occupancy room for 6 nights at The Hilton Garden Inn Waikiki Beach will be $345 per person total. If a person wants their own single-occupancy room, the total hotel cost at The Hilton Garden Inn will be a total of $690 for 6 nights per person. 

Estimated Cost:
Hotel =  $345 for double-occupancy; $690 for single-occupancy. 
Air Fare = You will book a flight on your own. Please check flight costs to/from Honolulu (HNL) to estimate your flight cost. As of early April, round-trip flights from LAX were approx. $580. 
Food/Other Expenses = Please make your own estimates. 

We have a maximum capacity of 30 volunteers for this program. Once we reach 30, others will be waitlisted. 

Complete the requested information below before Monday, April 15th at 5:00 p.m. Pacific. There will be a mandatory training session conducted by the Hawaii Correctional staff on Thursday, April 25th from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Pacific. This training will be in-person at Cal Poly Pomona in Pomona, CA.
