Scarecrow Festival Survey
Clayton-le-Woods Parish Council are planning to run a Scarecrow Festival in 2021. Due to the pandemic participants will be asked to display their scarecrows outside their homes and businesses this year.

However, we would like to find out the views of the community on how the Scarecrow Festival should be organised in future years.
