Bios

Introducing Tara Ramanathan, MBA

Tara Ramanathan is a seasoned leader in social innovation, currently serving as Senior Manager at Common Group, where she spearheads initiatives that scale impact in education and economic mobility. With over 15 years of experience, Tara has held pivotal roles at organizations like Nexleaf Analytics and YCore, focusing on public health, climate resilience, and data equity. An Oxford MBA graduate, she is also an executive coach with the Women's Impact Alliance and a certified Wayfinder life coach. Her thought leadership includes authoring a piece in Nature Climate Change and speaking at the Vatican on climate and health. Tara is passionate about fostering inclusive leadership and systemic change through empathy, strategy, and community.

Introducing Lana Pasic

Lana Pasic is a seasoned youth policy expert and researcher, currently serving as the Youth Research and Policy Manager at the EU–Council of Europe Youth Partnership in Brussels. In this role, she leads initiatives on youth political participation, democratic citizenship education, and sustainability, while managing the Pool of European Youth Researchers and the European Platform on Learning Mobility.​ 

With over a decade of experience, Lana has collaborated with organizations such as UNICEF, UNDP, Oxfam, and Save the Children, focusing on youth engagement, peacebuilding, and development across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Oxford and a European Master's in Local Development from the University of Trento.​ 

Lana is also a published author and editor, having co-edited the volume Youth and Democracy in the Climate Crisis, which explores the intersection of youth activism and environmental politics. Her work is driven by a commitment to inclusive policy, intergenerational equity, and amplifying youth voices in global decision-making.​

Introducing Siddharth Sinha

Siddharth is a Chevening Research, Science and Innovation Leadership Fellow at St. Cross College, University of Oxford. His expertise lies at the intersection of AI, Climate, and Public Policy.               

He most recently worked at Google, where he conceptualized and co-led the Global South Project — an initiative leveraging AI to address development challenges in emerging economies. He also led Climate and Energy Policy for IN and co-led the development and deployment of Airview+, an AI-driven air quality solution now active in over 150 cities across India and Brazil.                     

Prior to joining Google, Siddharth worked at the G20 Secretariat, serving as the Sr. Adviser to India’s G20 Sherpa during the 2023 Presidency, contributing to key matters related to Climate, Digital Public Infrastructure and the African Union’s G20 membership. He previously worked at NITI Aayog, which is the Indian government’s apex policy planning agency, headed by the Prime Minister. During his tenure, he advised the CEO on climate, transport, and digital inclusion. He helped shape key federal policies, led two major decarbonization initiatives, contributed to COVID-19 management efforts, supported COP26 strategy, and steered a project that resulted in digital platforms designed to drive post-pandemic recovery through enhanced digital inclusion. He also served as the representative to OECD-ITF and the WEF EDISON Alliance besides managing the relationship with various IOs and MDBs.                      

Siddharth holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), India and an MPA in International Development (MPA-ID) from the London School of Economics, UK. He is a Climate Fellow at Yale University and a Salzburg Global Fellow. Siddharth is also the founder of an NGO, Uddeshya, that tackles substance abuse.
