Welcome to the November Project Philly Feedback Form. We are thankful and very appreciative of your honest feedback, which will allows us, the co-leaders, to ensure NP is a fun and safe space/environment for all of those who want to attend our workouts or social events.

This form is for you to communicate and share your feedback, comments, concerns, ideas, or experiences while at an NP workout, social event, or on social media. We hope that this form provokes constructive criticism and opens the door for feedback on how to move NP Philly forward toward being a more welcoming, inclusive, safe, and fun/exciting environment for any and all past/present/future members. This can also be a space for you to provide new location requests or ideas on potential collaborations with other exercise groups/organizations.

This form will ALWAYS be accessible on our Facebook page, bulletin board, and in our bio on instagram within our link tree. However, this form is just the first step in the process of capturing and engaging with the feedback being presented to us. We are committed to checking this regularly as member feedback and engagement is the lifeblood of our community and paramount to our growth. With that said we need you to lead together with us and help us grow community in our city.
