Dr. Williams is an internationally recognized social scientist focused on social influences on health, and author recently of this Washington Post op-ed on the impact of COVID-19 on communities of color.

Liz Hagan -- Senior Policy Manager at US of Care, where she works with a range of national and state stakeholders to identify, disseminate, and scale up promising approaches to health care. Previously, Liz was a Senior Consultant with Transform Health, the Associate Director of Coverage Initiatives at Families USA and worked on eligibility and enrollment policies for Medicaid, CHIP, and Health Insurance Marketplaces.
