Dr. David R. Williams -- Florence Sprague Norman and Laura Smart Norman Professor of Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Professor of African and African American Studies and Sociology at Harvard University. Dr. Williams is an internationally recognized social scientist focused on social influences on health, and author recently of this Washington Post op-ed on the impact of COVID-19 on communities of color.

Liz Hagan -- Senior Policy Manager at US of Care, where she works with a range of national and state stakeholders to identify, disseminate, and scale up promising approaches to health care. Previously, Liz was a Senior Consultant with Transform Health, the Associate Director of Coverage Initiatives at Families USA and worked on eligibility and enrollment policies for Medicaid, CHIP, and Health Insurance Marketplaces.
