Dear Colleague,

Many patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) have elevated serum biomarkers or endoscopic examinations suggestive of active disease despite being asymptomatic. We are hoping to gain insight into the general approach to such patients among gastroenterologists across Canada.

We invite you to participate in this short 10 minute survey, with only 13 questions, that can help us further our understanding on this important aspect of IBD management. All responses will remain confidential and anonymous. Results from this survey will be analyzed and a manuscript will be submitted for publication.
