For one day this week (Friday by default) please write down the number of minutes (to the nearest  5 mins) you spend with each of the following media, split into consume/produce.    If you didn't use it, leave it blank.  If you use something not on the list, please add it to the closest example or to the final comment section.    

For example:
 * if you spend 22 minutes reading email and 8 writing it, put 20/10 in the email box.
 * if you spend 20 minutes on myspace, put it in the facebook box as 10 (myspace).
 * if you spend 3 minutes on whatsapp, put it in the chat box as 3 (whatsapp)

You need to add your name, as I need to check participation.  The results of the form will only be shown in aggregate, and the identifying data will be deleted within a week.
