Brief overview of what the company do
What's the goal of your video? What exactly are you trying to achieve?
For example, it may be a general introductory video to your company aimed at customers. It may be more specific like a video aimed at new employees, explaining the HR processes in your company. Perhaps you are launching a specific campaign for a new product and you want a video for social media purposes
Who is your audience for this particular video?
You should outline who your audience is in terms of demographics and in terms of what they already know about you as a business.
How will your audience access the video?
This will give us information we need in terms of determining the style and tone of the video, as well as technical specifications (e.g. an MP4 for upload).
Use at trade Shows
Do you have particular locations in mind? Do you have particular contributors in mind? Do you have existing footage that you want to include in the new video?
Do you have thoughts about how your video will be narrated? Think in terms of the following: Voiceover narration, Talking-head interviews with contributors, text titles to guide the viewer through the video, or perhaps even a purely visually based narrative.
Are there any other videos you've seen that you like? (perhaps from competitors)
What is your deadline?
Are there any other limitations we should be aware of?
