Student course scheduling will begin directly after the due date for this form. If a course request form is not submitted by the deadline, the school will move forward in scheduling elective courses for that student. Therefore, it may not be possible to consider any course requests submitted after the form deadline.
Students and their parents or guardians should complete this form together. Please only complete this form once.
If there is more than one submission for the same student, we will build the schedule based on the most recent submission.This is your opportunity to give your preferences for your World Language, Arts, and Interdisciplinary courses. Please go to the

We make every effort to give students their first choice in electives when possible. However, students may be scheduled in one or more alternates based on course availability.
