Thank you for choosing the Laredo Chamber of Commerce to assist with your upcoming Ribbon Cutting or Groundbreaking Ceremony. We’re excited to help make your event a success! To get started, please complete the attached form with as much detail as possible and return it to us no later than two weeks prior to your event date. Events can be scheduled from Monday to Friday, with the latest time being 4:30 P.M. Any events after this time will require approval from the Executive Director and will incur an after-hours fee of $150.
Additionally, there is a $250.00 fee to cover the cost of the ribbon and supplies, which must be paid in full before the day of the event. We recommend avoiding Saturdays for scheduling, as our staff availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee more than three Chamber ambassadors will be present. Please note that the Chamber cannot be held responsible for any changes to your event if we are not notified in writing.
