Thanks for your interest in volunteering at the Garden! Please fill out this form to let us know how you'd like to be involved, or to receive more information about our volunteer program.

Before you begin, here are some Volunteer FAQs:

Volunteers must be 18 years or older for regular volunteer positions, but occasional work parties may be options for younger volunteers, when accompanied by an adult.
A six month individual volunteer commitment is preferred.
Business or other volunteer work groups are welcome on a one-time basis.
Volunteers must fill out a Portland Parks & Recreation Volunteer Application and pass a criminal background check prior to volunteering.
All weekly volunteers receive free admission plus other benefits after one month of regular volunteering.

Household Tasks Volunteer: Help out with essential tasks, such as laundering and sorting garden gloves

East 5 Habitat Restoration: Help establish and maintain a thriving native plant community. Friday mornings, 9-noon

Visitor Services: Welcome visitors, handle admission fees, provide garden information.
