Rotary District 5970 is committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for all participants when working with Youth in Rotary activities.  It is the duty of all Rotarians, spouses, or partners of Rotarians, and any other volunteers to safeguard to the best of their ability the welfare of and to prevent the abuse or neglect of Youth with whom they come into contact  in Rotary Youth activities. After completing this form, you will receive an email from NAYEN Training Administrator (noreply@nayen.org) that will invite you to take the training course.  When you have completed the application and the training course, e-mail Suellen Kolbet at des@district5970 and you will receive instructions on proceeding with the background check process.
