Must be completed by the student wishing to obtain a parking permit for the student parking lot at RHS. All fields are required. When payment has been confirmed (online or in-person) and
all past year fees are paid, a permit will be issued.
After the student receives an email confirmation, the permit is available for pick up in the Activities Office. Questions can be directed to Lynn Nelson at 715-365-9500 ext.0 or

1) All RHS students are to park in the south student parking lot. (Student parking behind school or in visitor parking areas is not permitted.)
2) Students are never to park in the visitor parking area in front of the building and will be ticketed if found to be parked there.
3) Parking permit tags must be displayed from the rearview mirror and clearly visible.
4) All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking spaces. Improperly parked vehicles may be ticketed.
5) The cost of a replacement parking pass for the school year is $10.00.
6) A $20.00 fine, issued by the Oneida County Sheriff’s Department will be assessed for each parking violation during the school year.
7) RHS Administration reserves the right to deny parking privileges to any student. Administration may revoke parking privileges at any time as a consequence for disciplinary offenses as stated in the RHS Student/Family Handbook.
8) School officials may search any vehicle parked on school property.
9) Permit tags are transferable between family vehicles. The permit tag must match the vehicle/owner information provided to the office through this form. Report any changes needed to the Activities Office.
10) ALL OUTSTANDING FEES/FINES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE A STUDENT MAY PURCHASE A PARKING PERMIT for $30.00. *$15 at semester2 start* The permit can be paid in advance on the portal OR cash/check/cc brought to the Activities Office.
