In Touch Open House
As defined by the WHO, mental health is a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community. Did you know that 1 in 5 people are affected by mental health challenges? Our counselors and trainers will present short talks that will help us maintain our mental health and tackle any stressor we might be facing. Together we will "Demystify Mental Health".
In Touch's Crisis Line volunteers will also discuss their important work and give you some ideas about how you can let your family, friends and colleagues know about this service.
We hope that you and your colleagues will be able to join us, even for a short while.
Please let us know if you’ll be able to attend by calling our office at 893 1893 or 810 6233 or emailing us at
. We’d be grateful if you could respond by March 13th.
