2026 ANNUAL COMMUNITY AWARDS NOMINATION

CRITERIA FOR NOMINATIONS:
In order for a nomination form to be considered for a Community Award you must:
• Present a typed or legibly written description listing the qualifying reasons
why that person should be selected to receive that particular award
• Reasons do not have to be long, but reasons need to be listed
IN ORDER FOR NOMINATIONS TO BE CONSIDEREDWinners of all awards are based on their qualification as presented by the nominating
person and not by the number of nominations received. Selection of the winners will be by
a non-partisan committee selected from the community. Llano Chamber of Commerce
Board of Directors are not eligible to receive an award.
This form and letter of nomination must be received by the Chamber no later than
Friday, January 5, 2027.
The 3 selected nominees in each category will receive a ticket to the banquet free of charge.
* Agriculture
Producer of the Year Criteria
At least 10 years of active agriculture
production in Llano County of which the agriculture producer owns or leases the
land.
* General Criteria – Business of the Year
Any community member may nominate a business for recognition (including their
own business), and only Chamber Member businesses are eligible for recognition
(including the “New Business of the Year” award). Nominees should be those
whose business practices and professional conduct contribute to a sense of
cooperation within the entire business community, and which helps promote Llano
and the Llano County area as a good place to live as well as do business. Companies must be a member of the Llano Chamber of
Commerce at time award is presented. Entries will be reviewed by the Llano Chamber
of Commerce Event Committee.
