2024 School Soccer - DJSA 
Dear Families

Due to ongoing issues with the soccer registration website could all families whose child/ren would like to play soccer this year please complete the google form below. Once the website has been fixed of all issues/errors you will need to access the website to register and pay the registration fees. I will advise families who have completed this form when I have been advised that the website is ready.
