If you'll be at one of my signings this year, please complete this form to guarantee I'll have a paperback reserved for you.

Invoices will be sent via PayPal a month before the signing and must be paid in full prior the event. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled.

I will sign your book at the event, so you can have it personalized however you'd like. If for some reason you are unable to attend the event to pick up your book(s), I can ship them to you for a small fee.
