Technical Delegate (TD) and National Referee (NR) Applications 2022/2023
Biathlon Canada is seeking Technical Delegates and National Referees for the upcoming 2022/23 winter season.

We require a TD for the following winter events:
- Trials WC/IBUC/JIBUC (Canmore, AB) November 1 - 5, 2022
- NorAm Open #1/WYJCH/JIBUC #2 (Vernon, BC) January 6 - 9, 2023
- Canadian National Championships/NorAm Open #3 (Valcartier, QC) March 15 - 22, 2023
*Biathlon Canada TD certification or higher required.

We require NR's for two events:
- Canada Winter Games (PEI) February 18 - March 5, 2023 (4 NR's)
- Canadian National Championships/NorAm Open #3 (Valcartier, QC) March 15 - 22, 2023 (3 NR's)
*Biathlon Canada TD certification or higher required.

The deadline to apply is June 19, 11:59 EST

Appointments will be made by Domestic Committee Representatives and Biathlon Canada staff. Applications will be evaluated on the following criteria (in no particular order):
1. Availability.
2. Overall strength of the application.
3. Diversity: Including but not limited to gender, race, ethnicity, BIPOC, age, physical abilities, language
4. Geographical proximity to the event is considered.

All applicants are required to be a Biathlon Canada member in good standing.
Successful applicants will be required to complete background screening and complete safe sport and inclusion online courses, and will complete a debrief process after the event.
