As a participant Pure fitness Refer-a-Friend Program (“Referrer” or “you”), you are subject to Pure Fitness Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions:

Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to active Pure Fitness members only. Pure Fitness employees and Pure Fitness members with paid in full do not qualify for the Refer-a-Friend Program. Successful Referral. A Successful Referral is defined as the sale of a new Pure Fitness membership to a person (a “Referred Customer”) joining on CORE or PLUS. You will receive a credit of one (1) month of membership fees for each Successful Referral completed, up to a maximum of three (3) total months of membership fees per calendar year ("Fee Credits”). Successful Referral count will reset at the beginning of each calendar year. Any Fee Credits you earn under this program will be automatically credited against upcoming monthly membership fees due under your active Pure Fitness membership (and will not count against any past-due amounts or your annual membership fee). Fee Credits may be credited against only your current active membership at your current club (i.e., the credits cannot be transferred if you transfer your membership to another club). Fee credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed in any other manner. Any earned Fee Credits during a freeze period of your membership will be immediately applied or applied at the next available billing cycle once you unfreeze your account. Frozen accounts may retain Fee Credits until the end of each calendar year. Accounts that remain frozen into the new calendar year will forfeit any earned Fee Credits. If you cancel your membership, you will lose any Fee Credits and will not be able to apply them to any future billing statements, even if you rejoin. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Pure Fitness reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
