General Terms and Conditions for Student Withdrawal

1. If a family has more than one child attending ESF schools, withdrawal notices should be submitted for each child individually.

2. Tuition fees are charged for a complete month. There's no pro-rata adjustment for attendance for part of a month.

3. Any changes to the last attendance date / cancellation of withdrawals are subject to the availability of school places at respective schools.

4. Please ensure that all outstanding balances on the student’s account are settled.

5. For detailed information about the withdrawal procedures and, if applicable, the arrangements regarding deposits, refundable levies, or debentures, please refer to the relevant sections on the ESF website https://www.esf.edu.hk/student-withdrawal/

6. If there is any refundable credit balance on account, refund will be made via the
designated auto-pay account within 2 calendar months after the student’s last date of
attendance.
