Racial Justice Tipping Point: Organizations 3.5% for Racial Justice
Let's get 3.5% of all people in Wisconsin to show up 100% for racial justice!

In grassroots movements throughout history and all over the world, 3.5% is a magic number: a critical threshold for the number of people needed to make great shifts in policy and culture[1]. Our 3.5% critical mass in Wisconsin would be 200,000 people (that’s 175,000 white people and 25,000 people of color)

We are at a critical moment with great responsibility and great possibility for achieving major racial justice victories in our lifetime. Let's shift Wisconsin away from racial disparities and towards racial justice. Will your organization help bring together the 3.5%? Here are three steps for your group to join!

Step 2: Mark your intentions! Within the next year we are most interested in:
Step 3: We’d like to talk with you! Have a conversation with the Racial Justice Tipping Point team. Wisconsin Network for Peace and Justice (WNPJ) and Wisconsin Voices are partnering to support social justice organizations in our state to build the knowledge, capacity and relationships you need to be a stronger force for racial justice. We will be offering a range of support programs - train-the trainer workshops, a year-long intensive capacity-building cohort, toolkits and resources, and up-to-date info so you can keep your fingers on the pulse of racial justice priorities in our state. We are having a series of conversations with interested groups to better understand what questions, desires, and needs you have in order to live your racial justice commitment. If you are a people of color-led and -driven organization, we’d love to talk about what would build your capacity. These conversations will help shape our programs and connect you up.Tipping Point team
