Support Friends of Thorp by hosting your own social get-together that doubles as fundraiser! Your event will help strengthen the Thorp community by providing a chance for students, families and parents to interact outside of school. Oh, and they tend to be lots of fun! Social events are organized and planned by a Thorp parent or a group of parents who share in the cost of the get-together.
During the 2025 Gala Auction, Friends of Thorp will sell tickets to your social event. After the Gala, Friends of Thorp will communicate your guest list and emails. Paid admission is open to all Thorp parents and all proceeds go towards Friends of Thorp. Event needs to be approved by Friends of Thorp by February 28, 2025. Friends of Thorp will confirm approval via email.

As a host(s) it will be your responsibility to cover all expenses as well as communication with ticket holders. Friends of Thorp will manage ticket pricing and can assist with online ticket sales.
Event organizers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, licenses and insurance certificates.
All proceeds will be sent directly to Friends of Thorp
Any changes to description or event must be approved in writing by Friends of Thorp
Tickets will go on sale with the 2025 Gala Auction
