The purpose of this Code of Conduct agreement is to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all Seawolves swimmers, coaches, volunteers, and families.

Swimmer ExpectationsShow respect to coaches, teammates, officials, and competitors.
Listen to coaches and follow instructions during practice and meets.
Encourage teammates and demonstrate good sportsmanship amongst competitors.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to give your best effort.
Follow all pool and facility safety rules.
Positively represent the Roseville Aquatics Complex and the Seawolves Swim Team with pride. Behavior, in and out of the pool, reflects on the team and our facility.
Parent / Guardian / Family ExpectationsSupport coaches and allow them to coach during practices and competitions.
Encourage effort, learning, and positive sportsmanship.
Treat officials, volunteers, coaches, and other families with respect.
Address concerns respectfully through appropriate team channels.
Help swimmers arrive on time and prepared.
I understand that audio, video, or photo recording devices (including phones) are strictly prohibited in all changing areas, restrooms, locker rooms and behind the swimming blocks.
Safe Sport & Athlete SafetyOur team is committed to providing a safe environment for all athletes. We support athlete protection policies consistent with national Safe Sport standards. Bullying, harassment, hazing, discrimination, and abuse of any kind are not tolerated. Coaches and volunteers are expected to maintain appropriate professional boundaries with athletes, and any concerns regarding athlete safety should be reported to team leadership immediately.
Bullying, Harassment, and MisconductThe team has zero tolerance for:
• Bullying
• Harassment
• Discrimination
• Physical or verbal abuse
• Hazing
Any incidents should be reported immediately to team leadership.
Social Media and CommunicationTeam members and families should:
• Use respectful language online and in group text communication.
• Avoid posting negative comments about swimmers, coaches, officials, or teams.
• Respect swimmer privacy and obtain permission before sharing images.
Disciplinary Actions
Violations of this Swim Team Code of Conduct by any swimmer, family member, or guest may result in one or more of the following:
Verbal Warning, Written Warning & Meeting, Suspension from a Meet or Practice, Removal from the Team.
Disciplinary actions are determined according to severity of offense and at the discretion of the board.
