The Nature of Wonder Poetry Workshop  Application Form

Where does wonder take root and grow? How may we cultivate the opportunities of environment-based poetry and eco-poetics? 

Live in Civitella Ranieri’s 15th-century castle in Umbria, Italy, while exploring the lyric of wonder with poets David Baker, Camille Dungy, and Linda Gregerson as guides. The third edition of the wonder workshop promises a journey devoted to poetry, nature, and art, including craft classes, generative workshops, excursions to organic growers, gardens and farmers markets, an ancient orchard, and more.

To apply, please submit your contact information, a one-page cover letter, and a writing sample of ten pages of poetry by September 1, 2025. The cover letter should appear on the same document as the writing sample, in  PDF or Word form. Admissions are rolling until spaces are filled. We look forward to reading your application!
