Request for Housing Contract Cancellation
Please review the following information carefully:

1) This request may only be submitted by the legal contract holder.

2) We will not be able to render an immediate decision at the time of the request. Please allow 10-14 business days for a response/action.  

3) If approved and in accordance with the contract Terms and Conditions, you may be subject to contract cancellation fees, prorated rent, damage fees and/or lost key fees.

4) Do not sign a lease off campus while you are in the contract cancellation process.

5) If your request does not meet the Terms & Conditions guidelines for approval, you may follow the directions in the response e-mail on how to appeal the decision. It is your responsibility to submit an appeal and provide appropriate documentation. Supporting documentation should be emailed to housingaccounts@uwf.edu.  

6) Please continue to check your student e-mail for updates and any requests by this department.

Please note: Requests submitted under the "Other" option will be denied and it is your responsibility to follow through with the housing cancellation appeal process if you want to appeal.
