We are a cleaning company that aims to offer more than just services to our clients and jobs to our employees. With a specialized team ready to support each person uniquely, we strive to build trust, provide support, and ensure transparency.

We offer services from Monday to Friday, and for those interested, we also provide services on Saturdays and Sundays.

Payment is made one day after the last working day.

Many companies struggle with market fluctuations, but here at Leal Cleaning, you can rely on our internal team. Even during tough times, your schedule will always be filled with steady work every week.

We are always eager to hear how we can improve, which is why we hold remote meetings every 3 months. +/-

We understand that life in America can be challenging, and we want everyone to feel supported without compromising their urgent needs. Therefore, we offer flexible hours with advance notice.

At our company, we provide services such as house cleaning, housekeeping, organization, carpet washing, and pressure washing.

To join our team, you will need:

  • Must have a car
  • Must be dynamic (able to solve problems independently)
  • Must have complete equipment and materials
  • Must have a tax ID
  • Full availability from Monday to Friday

We offer deep cleaning, regular cleaning, post-construction cleaning, home organizing, move in/out cleaning, event cleaning, vacation homes, offices, clinics, among others.
