Talents Training and Placement Scheme - ECERS
We are seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to participate in a Talents Training and Placement Scheme focused on Early Childhood Educational Environment Observation. This unique opportunity offers unique training related to Early Childhood Educational Environment and Early Childhood Environment Rating Scales (ECERS), an international measure to better understand educational environments and teacher-student interactions.  Upon completion of training and observation, participants will receive a certificate of ECERS training and observation from our team after completing all tasks. We will be offering observation jobs in  kindergartens in Hong Kong during the periods of September to December 2024, and March to May 2025, with an hourly rate of $72 to $85.
