The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) is seeking public comment on proposed changes to the following Vocational Rehabilitation Policy Manual sections, resulting from the implementation of A.R.S. 1-504 requirements, which mandates specific documentation verification for non-U.S. citizens applying for federal, State, or local public benefits:

Section 2.4: Case Record Requirements (policy amendment),
Section 3.1: Referral, Orientation, Intake Interview, and Application (policy amendment),
Section 4.1: Legal Ability to Work in the US (policy section has been removed; identity and employment authorization is now addressed in sections 2.4 and 3.1.), and
Section 4.4: Supported Employment IPE Development (policy revision).
